Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Associate Account Manager to manage day-to-day client relationships and support the growth of existing accounts. The role involves collaborating closely with engineering, design, QA, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of digital projects and deliver a high-quality client experience.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, a consultative mindset, and the ability to understand client business needs and align them with technology-driven solutions. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while coordinating across multiple teams and identifying opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and drive account growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and manage day-to-day communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Understand client business goals, priorities, and expectations.
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, QA, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and progress to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Identify and proactively resolve risks, issues, or blockers during project delivery.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and status updates.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation for stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling services.
  • Use AI and productivity tools to support client research, reporting, and documentation.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.

  • Basic understanding of digital technologies such as Web, Mobile, and Cloud.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools like Jira, Slack, Notion, or similar platforms.
  • Awareness of AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms.

    • Educational Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
