Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Jr Business Analyst to join our team as a fresher, focusing on Digital Transformation for Software Applications and Automation. This position is suitable for candidates who are eager to learn and gain practical experience in the field. The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of digital transformation, software applications, automation concepts, and excellent communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on the latest trends in software applications and automation.
- Support the team in evaluating business processes and gathering requirements.
- Assist in preparing project documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), System Requirement Specifications (SRSs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRSs), and User Stories.
- Collaborate with the team to identify root causes and propose potential solutions.
- Support the development team in implementing solutions and ensuring successful delivery.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, create reports on project progress, and contribute to sprint review and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Assist in creating process models, specifications, and diagrams to provide guidance to the team.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in digital transformation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to meeting business needs and requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
- Basic knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and activity diagram tools such as Lucidchart, Axure, Balsamiq, and Microsoft Visio.
- Exposure to project management tools like Jira, DevOps, and Confluence.
- Basic coding skills and exposure to software application development tools.

- Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders of the project and the team.
