Being a community-driven organisation, we would like to scale our team by adding another enthusiastic person as a Community Manager who has experience in building, maintaining and scaling global communities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Nurturing and building tech and business communities through various social and community mediums.
• Planning and organising various community-building events and conferences.
• Organise and manage podcasts, streams and tech discussions within and outside the organisation.
• Find new innovative ways to engage and strengthen the community presence of GeekyAnts.
• Maintain our already existing tech communities for React, React Native, Flutter, Angular and add more to the list.
• Research and build connections with tech influencers and evangelists.
• Build good rapport with other tech communities and co-organise events with them.
• Be aware of the organisation’s brand positioning and help employees push related content.
• Work with the social and creative team to amplify, promote and publish the events and conferences.
• Research and find international conferences for GeekyAnts to sponsor or have speaking engagements.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Good written and verbal communication.
• Proven work experience community manager, social media manager, program manager etc.
• Ability to generate fresh ideas and implement them.
