We are looking for a high-performance Content Writer who can think like a Copywriter.

This role is for someone who can:

• Write long-form content with depth
• Craft sharp, high-converting ad copy
• Deliver social media content with clarity and speed
• Produce quality work with minimal iterations

You will work closely with Marketing, Brand, Video, Design and Social Media teams to create compelling written content across multiple platforms.

If you have previously worked as a Copywriter in an agency, startup, or performance marketing environment, you will be strongly preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Content Writing:

• Write blogs, thought leadership articles, website content, landing pages, and case studies.
• Develop SEO-friendly long-form content.
• Simplify complex ideas into engaging narratives.
• Maintain brand voice consistency across platforms.

Copywriting (Performance & Social):

• Write high-converting ad copies (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
• Craft scroll-stopping social media copies.
• Develop hooks and headlines for video content.
• Write scripts for short-form and long-form marketing videos.
• Create email marketing copy.
• Develop website hero sections and CTAs.
• Build campaign messaging frameworks.

Speed & Execution:

• Deliver strong first drafts with minimal need for rework.
• Adapt quickly to campaign pivots.
• Manage multiple content pieces simultaneously.
• Work with tight marketing timelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

Writing & Copy Skills:

• Exceptional command of English (clarity, brevity, persuasion)
• Strong headline writing ability
• Understanding of conversion psychology
• Ability to write for different tones: Corporate, Conversational, Bold & disruptive, Premium & authoritative

Performance Marketing Understanding:

• Understanding of funnels (Top, Mid, Bottom)
• Knowledge of CTR, engagement, and conversion optimization
• Experience writing for paid campaigns
• Ability to write with measurable outcomes in mind

Content Strategy:

• Keyword understanding (basic SEO knowledge)
• Structuring long-form content
• Repurposing long-form into micro-content
• Building content calendars
