Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused HR Manager to lead the entire Human Resources function at GeekyAnts. This is a leadership role that oversees all key verticals — Talent Acquisition, People Experience, Compliance, Culture, and HR Budgeting. The HR Manager will work closely with the leadership team to align people strategy with business growth and scale internal processes for long-term success.

    Key Responsibilities

      Leads the entire Human Resources function across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Experience
    • Define and drive the company’s end-to-end HR strategy, aligned with business goals.
    • Lead and mentor the Recruitment & People Experience teams.
    • Own all hiring operations, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development.
    • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle — onboarding, confirmation, appraisal, and exit.
    • Implement and manage structured performance review cycles and compensation planning.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, PF, insurance, and documentation standards.
    • Manage the HR budget, salary benchmarking, payroll oversight, and rewards strategy.
    • Lead culture initiatives, employee engagement programs, and policy communication.
    • Build and optimize internal HR processes, HRMS workflows, and people systems.
    • Represent the HR function in leadership discussions and organizational planning.

      Required Skills and Qualifications

      • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
      • 8–12 years of progressive HR experience with a strong track record in leadership roles.
      • Prior experience heading HR in a product/tech/startup environment is strongly preferred.
      • Proven ability to scale HR practices in a growing organization (300–1000+ employees).
      • Excellent Communication – Strong written and verbal communication to represent People Ops at the leadership table.
      • Change Management – Ability to implement new systems, drive org-level changes, and scale processes sustainably.
      • Policy & Compliance Mastery – Familiarity with statutory requirements, HR policies, PF/Gratuity norms, and audits.
      • People Experience & Culture Building – Skilled in engagement, retention, performance management, and DEI initiatives.
