We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep Manufacturing and ERP expertise to drive enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role goes beyond traditional ERP documentation and requires strong understanding of manufacturing operations, shop-floor systems, data integration, and global compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will act as a functional and process owner, working closely with plant operations, supply chain teams, US-based business stakeholders, and engineering teams, ensuring solutions are operationally sound, data-accurate, and scalable across geographies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end business process analysis with manufacturing, supply chain, and leadership stakeholders, translating AS-IS/TO-BE workflows into clear, traceable BRDs/PRDs and well-defined user stories while owning scope, clarity, and delivery alignment.
• Lead ERP–MES–IIoT integration by documenting and enabling real-time, accurate data flow between shop-floor hardware (barcode, RFID, sensors, weighing scales), MES, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/custom).
• Lead ERP data migration and governance by defining migration strategies, mapping and validating Item, BOM, Vendor, and Customer master data with engineering and QA teams using SQL-driven accuracy checks.
• Drive Agile delivery by ensuring sprint-ready, testable stories, actively supporting QA (functional & regression testing), and leading UAT to validate global rollouts while safeguarding US changes from impacting local plant operations.
• Own end-to-end supply chain and global operations documentation—covering inventory, production, warehousing, logistics, multi-currency/tax, international trade compliance, and adherence to GAAP, SOX, and relevant ISO standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying Lean/Six Sigma to identify inefficiencies, recommend automation and process optimizations, and deliver measurable business value through actionable dashboards and reporting.
• Mentor junior BAs, ensure high-quality BA deliverables, and bridge communication between US stakeholders and India delivery teams to manage cross-cultural expectations effectively.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong experience in Manufacturing and ERP-based projects.
• Exposure to MES, IIoT, and shop-floor hardware integrations
• Strong understanding of manufacturing data and master data governance
• Experience with global manufacturing operations (preferred)
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
