Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Laravel Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Laravel framework along with proficiency in PHP and related technologies. As a Laravel Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, integrating third-party services, and ensuring the overall performance and reliability of our systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Integrate third-party services and APIs into existing applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

    • Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Laravel framework.
  • Strong proficiency in PHP and object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Experience with Laravel packages including Socialite, Horizon, Sanctum, and Cashier.
  • Knowledge of PHP FPM, Apache or Nginx web servers is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Ubuntu (Jammy Jellyfish) and MacOS operating systems.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Version of PHP >= 8.x and version of Laravel >= 9.x.
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript.
  • Node.js LTS experience is a must.

    • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Docker and containerization concepts.
  • Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
