We are looking for a Legal Associate who will play a key role in managing the company’s legal documentation, compliance, and risk management. This role is ideal for young legal professionals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of supporting business operations through effective legal advisory and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and administer all company related contracts and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments of the company and fulfil legal requirements at their end.
• Research, foresee and protect the company against legal risks.
• Liaise with external advisers and consultants.
• Assist in developing a legal framework, processes, and policies.
• Assist the company in formalities pertaining to legal proceedings if any.
• Handle ad hoc legal requirements, including but not limited to visa and insurance documentation.

Skills and Experience Required

• Good command over drafting legal contracts/documents.
• Well versed with Corporate Laws, Labour Laws, and Legal Drafting.
• Keep abreast with the latest regulatory changes/requirements and aid in adhering to such requirements.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical ability and strong attention to details.
• Critical thinker with good problem solving ability.
• Candidates should possess internship/work experience at a reputed law firm or a Company. Those who have internship/work experience with the corporate legal team of an IT consulting/services business will be given preference.
