We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the sales team, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. If you are able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and have excellent communication skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Task Prioritization: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize them based on urgency and importance to ensure deadlines are met.
- Presentation Creation: Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create professional and visually appealing presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Content Writing: Draft engaging sales emails, proposals, and marketing materials with a clear understanding of the target audience.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of sales processes and business principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge in day-to-day operations.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, tracking performance and providing data-driven insights to improve sales processes.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with the latest information to ensure smooth client follow-ups and record keeping.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that client needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to engage and build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- MS Office Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create presentations, reports, and documents with attention to detail.
- Detail-oriented: Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy in all work tasks.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure sales goals are met.
Educational Qualifications
B.Tech/ MBA Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
