Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer - III with a strong background in Java Spring Boot to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in system integration, application tracing, and system architecture, with a proven track record of handling complex system audits and log tracing. This role requires someone capable of contributing to both backend and full stack development, with expertise in system architecture design and code review.

    Responsibility:
  • Take ownership of troubleshooting and debugging distributed systems.
  • Design and optimize scalable system architectures including API Gateway, microservices, and caching strategies.
  • Ensure high system performance and availability by diagnosing and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Work with PostgreSQL, SQL, and NoSQL databases, optimizing query performance and indexing strategies.
  • Implement rate-limiting mechanisms and improve database efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, high-performance software solutions.
  • Evaluate and implement traceability tools (e.g., Zipkin, Jaeger) for debugging distributed applications.
  • Lead technical discussions and provide mentorship to development teams.
  • Drive improvements in system monitoring, logging, and root cause analysis processes.
  • Ensure code quality, security, and best practices are followed in software development.
      • Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of experience in Java Spring Boot development and system architecture.
    • Strong experience in troubleshooting distributed systems and resolving performance issues.
    • Expertise in API Gateway, caching strategies, CDN, and load balancing techniques.
    • Proficiency in database performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing strategies (PostgreSQL, SQL, NoSQL).
    • Hands-on experience with traceability and logging tools (Zipkin, Jaeger, ELK stack, etc.).
    • In-depth knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
    • Strong understanding of rate-limiting strategies and API performance optimization.
    • Ability to present and explain architectural concepts effectively.
