Job Description

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience who is passionate about creating engaging, user-centered designs. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design interfaces that enhance the user experience. If you have a strong portfolio of design projects, a deep understanding of UI/UX best practices, and the ability to lead and mentor a team, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to execution for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with user-centered design principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, marketing) to define and implement innovative solutions.
  • Ensure the visual and interaction design is aligned with brand guidelines and provides a consistent user experience.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, usability, and accessibility issues).
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our product designs remain modern and effective.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide feedback on design work across the team.
  • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and clients, articulating design decisions and strategy.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation and maintain design consistency throughout the development process.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities for enhancing user experience.
  • Creating Branding and Style guides

    • Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.

    • Skills:

  • Expertise in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and design thinking.
  • Proficiency in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability best practices.
  • Branding guidelines and style guides.
  • Experience conducting user research, creating personas, and developing user journeys.
  • Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

    • Educational Qualifications

    Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
